Healthy-Living is is operated by wellness advocates who want to help people live with vibrant and good health all the way to their last telomere. The thought of anyone suffering, needlessly, with poor health makes our minds cringe.

  • Lastly, a cautionary note... our ideas, our coaching recommendations are suitable for people like us and the people we know, but may not be suitable for you. Everything you learn that applies to the general public is in the same category... that it is "suspect" until you have spoken to a physician who knows you very well. That's because besides the fact that people are similar in many ways, we are also unique. What is good and appropriate and beneficial for 999,999 out of a million people may harm or kill the one unique person. Only your own doctor understands your uniqueness. Have a close relationship with that doctor and talk to him about all your health plans to receive the benefit of his or her undrstanding about you.

  1. The first slide's goal is to say that people of the United States have almost the worst health statistics of all nations. So, don't do what the majority of people in the U.S. are doing. Americans are a very bad example despite consuming more vitamins than the rest of the world combined.
  2. The second slide is focuses on a country where the people eat freshly prepared meals (the opposite of what most Americans do, which is to eat fast food and processed convenience foods).
  3. The third slide is a reminder that each month you wait to switch your life over to better eating habits, you will irrevocably lose 2 to 7 days of your lifespan. So, don't wait unless your goal is to live in poor health and die earlier than might have been.
  4. The fourth slide is a reminder about the differing ends of the road for the two different Health Roads you can take.

Eating Healthy is not Easy

Everyone gets to choose their "hard".

  • Discipline to eat well is hard... but
  • The consequences of not having the discipline to eat well is harder!
  1. Suffering is the great teacher. Most people learn in no other way that personal suffering. But, by learning from others, we can avoid suffering personally. Instead, we can learn vicariously and avoid the causes of their bad experiences, and do things differently.
  2. Also, wee can have positive experiences - we can learn from the good experiences of others and maybe even improve on their experiences, by fine-tuning several people's good experiences with the counsel of our own wellness professionals.
